General Entertainment Authority and TVTC. SEA trains Saudis in the sector of entertainment and provides continuing education programs to the local companies in the sector. In his previous role, Dr. Vivien served as Director of International Affairs and Assistant Professor at the Royal University for Women in Bahrain for ten years. While in Bahrain Dr. Vivien was also adjunct professor for the French Business Hospitality school Vatel and for the prestigious executive ESSEC-AGU MBA, ranked no3 in The Financial Times London customized executive education programs list. Before coming to Bahrain, Dr. Vivien held the position of Director of Operations in a non-profit organization in Washington DC organizing student seminars on American civic education, then served as Program Manager in the Office of International and Global Outreach at West Virginia University where he ran the Office of Multicultural Programs.

Born in Dijon, Burgundy, France, Dr. Vivien graduated from Burgundy Business School (ESC Dijon), and holds a Masters in Political Science from Oklahoma State University and a Ph.D. from West Virginia University. He studied voice and violin and is an amateur of opera and travel. He is married and has two sons, Noé and Aimé
