Neil joined Six Flags Qiddiya in 2021. With nearly 20 years in the theme park industry in various properties across the world Neil is an operational and strategic attractions expert.

His journey spans the globe; creating attractions, managing commercial ventures, and launching and steering new projects at internationally recognized destinations like Dubai's Global Village and the UK's Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Neil has collaborated with entertainment giants such as Nickelodeon, Walt Disney, and Cartoon Network, showcasing his flair for crafting captivating experiences alongside his passion for Safety and Guest Service.

Beyond his role, Neil has served in various roles with the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), serving on committees, developing education programmes and having his operational insights shape the industry as a subject matter expert. He has achieved the prestigious IAAPA Certified Attractions Executive (ICAE) distinction, a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and for 2024 has been appointed to the IAAPA Board of Directors.

In addition to his Bachelor's degree and various management qualifications Neil holds a Master’s Degree in International Tourism and Visitor Attraction Management, As a believer in lifelong learning he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a thesis focussed crisis management.
