Martin has over 35 years’ experience introducing and delivering new technologies across a range of demanding applications around the world. He is a creative ‘techie’, an ideas generator, a big picture thinker, and determined problem solver with the ability to translate ambitious goals into a structured plan and hands-on delivery.

Through the last decade he has led Teq4 (“tech-four”) to become a leading creative design and engineering firm with a word-of-mouth reputation for their specialisation and skills in the design and integration of unique immersive and interactive experiences.

Most recently he has pioneered the development of Chaperone, a new digital platform for personalised out-of-home audience engagement. He is also pioneering work around the game-changing opportunities that AI brings, having co-founded Brighton AI, an over 700-member strong organisation focused on utilising AI for good across the region.
