Over 35 years of experience in high volume food operations in theme parks, sporting arenas, universities, entertainment venues and race tracks across the United States and Internationally. Since starting my career at Sea World of Florida back in the mid 1980’s, I’ve been learning and growing consistently over the last four decades, feeding millions of people over that period of time. I’ve worked at Universal Studios Florida, Universal Studios Dubailand, Universal Studios Hollywood, almost every NASCAR and IndyCar track in the United States, multiple major sports arenas such as the United Center in Chicago, Amway Center in Orlando, Camping World Stadium in Orlando, as well as major Universities such as The University of Notre Dame in Indiana. Since the beginning of my career, and as a native of Orlando, Florida, I’ve always been fascinated and enthralled with theme parks and have worked at some of the best in the world. I look forward to opening what will be the new benchmark for family theme parks, Six Flags Qiddiya and the Water Theme Park, in Riyadh next year. Not only will they have record breaking rides and attractions, but they will also feature some of the best cuisine offered in theme parks anywhere.
