As Managing Director of TAIT MENA, Amin is responsible for the success of the region’s business including overall business development strategy, sales growth, financial management and performance, quality and efficiency of operations, brand awareness, and high-performance leadership and culture.  
 
Amin is an established and well-respected leader with over 20 years of experience in the design and themed entertainment industry. Prior to the TAIT Group, he joined Thinkwell in 2014 as Director, Business Development and was instrumental in establishing the office in Abu Dhabi. He has served as Thinkwell’s Managing Director in the region for over 9 years. Amin’s key projects include US Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020, Wahat Al Karama Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros Abu Dhabi, and Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi.  

He holds an MBA from Bentley University and a Bachelor of Architecture from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, as well as PMP and LEED BD&C accreditations.  Amin has first-hand global and intercultural business awareness with hands-on professional experience in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. He is trilingual in English, Arabic, and French.
